Company Profile Muinzer Moving & Storage from Ferry Street, 2003 Facts You Should Know Muinzer Moving & Storage Co. was started December 1970 by Mike and Stacy Muinzer with one used truck and a 3600 square foot warehouse. For the first 27 years, Muinzer Moving & Storage Co. was an agent for another major van line. Then in December of 1997, Muinzer signed on with America’s largest household mover, United Van Lines. Now, retaining 18 employees, 8 trucks, and a 16,200 sq. ft. warehouse, Muinzer Moving & Storage Co. has received, stored and delivered all of the furniture for the Holiday Inn Select City Centre in downtown Lafayette and the new retirement village, University Place, in West Lafayette. Muinzer Moving & Storage Co. has moved hundreds of Purdue faculty and staff and thousands of Lafayette and West Lafayette residents. Muinzer Moving & Storage Co. stored the books from the West Lafayette Public Library while the city completed construction on their new building.
